We managed to get on trail at a decent time again today.  6:50 and we were hiking.  This segment had a lot of really cool rock formations.  We also got to hike through some Aspen forests.  It started to heat up by mid day, but just as it got to lunch time, we hit Buffalo Creek.  We ended up taking a two hour swim/lunch.  After lunch was some nondescript forest.  We decided to setup camp early, and for the third night in a row, John and Paige were there.  Looks like we hike the same pace.  We also saw Chance and Megan, Ryan and a few other hikers pass by.  We set up the tent without the rain fly and pretty soon felt a couple of rain drops.  We scrambled to throw the fly on and, of course, it didn’t rain again for the rest of the night.
